Quality management – ISO 9001<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We are certified according to ISO 9001<\/a>– a global quality standard that shows that we work in a structured way to develop, deliver and follow up our services and products. The certification covers, among other things, the operation of personal alarms, digital services and monitoring centres in Sweden, Norway and the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Environmental management – ISO 14001<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This means that we have a full-scale system to protect personal and sensitive information. The systems are also designed to counter intrusions and other disruptions, so they work safely and reliably – around the clock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For our customers this means that we handle data according to high standards of security, integrity, availability and traceability – whether for GDPR or cybersecurity.

TSA certification in the UK<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sector-specific excellence in technology-enhanced care<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In the UK, our operations are also certified by the Technology Enabled Care Services Association (TSA). This is an industry-specific quality accreditation<\/a> for monitoring centres and technology-enabled care. It includes requirements for response times, documentation, staff competence and follow-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This certification shows that we meet the requirements and expectations for telecare solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
