Voice alarm

Responds to the user's voice
Adjustable sensitivity
Wireless connection

The Voice alarm is a sensor that responds to involuntary sounds, e.g. from an epileptic seizure, or conscious sounds, e.g. when calling for help. The sensor is placed close to the user and its sensitivity is adjusted so that only sounds from the user will trigger an alarm. A separate microphone may be connected to further screen out noise from the environment (noise cancellation) in order to achieve even higher sensitivity. Alarms are wirelessly transmitted to a Careium social alarm and forwarded to the alarm receiving centre.
