Today, we are the market leader in technology enabled care across Europe, currently providing around 515,000 people with our services. The majority of these are connected to one of our four response centres in Sweden, Norway, and the UK, where we handle more than 24,000 incoming alarms every day.
Half a century of tech heritage
In 2021, Doro Care changed its name to Careium. Doro’s acquisition of Caretech in 2014 marked the starting point in becoming Careium, whereafter the business developed under the Doro ownership through organic growth and several strategic acquisitions. Ever since Doro’s foundation in 1974, we’ve always been looking for new and better ways of doing things. This goes for everything we do – finding new technical solutions for user needs, helping customers and growing businesses.
