Our certifications – the foundation of trust and quality
As a supplier of welfare technology to organisations and individuals we know that trust is not something you get – it’s something you earn. That’s why our certifications are a central part of how we work and how we ensure that we are a partner you can trust.
Quality management – ISO 9001
Continuous improvement at every stage
We are certified according to ISO 9001– a global quality standard that shows that we work in a structured way to develop, deliver and follow up our services and products. The certification covers, among other things, the operation of social alarms, digital services and monitoring centres in Sweden, Norway and the UK.
For our customers, this means that we have established processes that ensure high, consistent and documented quality at every stage – from technology to customer support. We work actively with continuous improvements, clear procedures and measurable quality goals.
Environmental management – ISO 14001
Welfare technology that also protects the environment
Our certification according to ISO 14001 shows that we are actively working to reduce our environmental impact – both in our operations and in our supply chain. Everything from energy efficiency to recycling and purchasing sustainable components is part of our environmental work.
For the public sector, where environmental and climate objectives are central to procurement, this is an important signal: we are a partner that takes environmental responsibility seriously – with structure, follow-up and measurable results.
Information security – ISO 27001
When security is also about data and accessibility
Information security is crucial in digital care. We are certified according to ISO 27001– the international standard for information security. This means that we have a full-scale system to protect personal and sensitive information. The systems are also designed to counter intrusions and other disruptions, so they work safely and reliably – around the clock.
For our customers this means that we handle data according to high standards of security, integrity, availability and traceability – whether for GDPR or cybersecurity.
TSA certification in the UK
Sector-specific excellence in technology-enhanced care
In the UK, our operations are also certified by the Technology Enabled Care Services Association (TSA). This is an industry-specific quality accreditation for monitoring centres and technology-enabled care. It includes requirements for response times, documentation, staff competence and follow-up.
This certification shows that we meet the requirements and expectations for telecare solutions.
Certifications – part of our culture
More than just documents – what we do every day
We don’t see our certifications as something for tenders – they are integral to the way we work. They guide how we develop, deliver and improve our services. They help us ensure the quality of our work, detect non-conformities in time and act preventively – including by identifying and addressing potential risks.
This means that you as a customer can feel confident that our solutions are not only of a high technical standard – they are backed up by structures, procedures and a strong focus on quality throughout the organisation.
A partner you can trust
A promise of long-term value
We want to be more than a supplier – we aim to be a long-term, strategic partner. Our certifications are proof that we take responsibility, work on continuous improvement and meet the requirements of the public sector.
When you choose us, you choose a partner with a proven track record of quality, sustainability and safety – but also with a human commitment at every step. We are here to provide security, for real.
