1. In-home alarms – always connected to help

Our in-home personal alarms are used together with a portable pendant alarm button, such as our discreet Enzo or the stylish necklace Ellis. When the user presses the button, the alarm immediately goes to one of our 24/7 monitoring centres. There our professional and dedicated alarm operators take the call – calmly, carefully and confidently ensuring that the right help is quickly deployed.

It is also possible to customise the call flow so that the alarm goes first to professional staff.

For an even safer home environment, our personal alarms can be paired with our other safety products, such as:

2. Mobile alarms with GPS – for safety outside the home

For people who spend time outside their home and need security on the go, we offer several mobile solutions with built-in GPS and two-way communication. Amy and Abby are real safety heroes – small, discreet and with a long battery life, perfect for an active life both inside and outside the home.

They can be connected either to our monitoring centre or to our app i-care® plus, that allows family and friends to be included in caring for loved ones.
