The device automatically detects hard falls—if a fall occurs, it vibrates and flashes for 20 seconds, allowing you time to cancel the alert. Canceling is simple: just cover the sensor with your hand for 2 seconds or stand up within 6 seconds. If there’s no response, the device alerts the 24/7 monitoring center so help can be dispatched quickly. Additionally, it features a manual alarm button that can be pressed anytime you feel unwell or need assistance.
