Careium signs national framework agreement with Adda in Sweden for welfare technology
Careium has today signed Adda Inköpscentral AB’s framework agreement for digital safety services and products for independent living at home. The agreement runs for four years, starting on 15 May, and enables contracting authorities to call off products and services without the need to conduct their own procurement processes.
Adda, owned by the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SKR), supports municipalities and regions across Sweden through coordinated sourcing of goods and services, digitalisation, innovation and competence development. The framework agreement covers digital safety services and products that enable elderly individuals and people with disabilities to remain living at home with increased security and, when needed, to call for assistance.
”We are proud to have been entrusted with continued confidence through Adda’s framework agreement, which spans four years. It confirms the strength of our offering and our long-term commitment to creating value for the public sector”, says Peter Heuman, interim CEO of Careium.
Careium is one of several suppliers awarded a place in the framework agreement. The agreement provides opportunities for Careium in terms of volumes and order values through call-offs made on an ongoing basis based on the individual needs of the contracting authorities.
”We see a growing demand for digital safety services and look forward to continuing to deliver solutions that enhance safety and improve quality of life for our users,” Peter Heuman continues.
